Selection criteria: Query Cycle Times by User

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Action

Rights groups

Select the rights group or groups used for CRAs that are primary in your study. Then, click Update to update the Users list.

Users

To report on specific users, select them from the drop-down list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.

Sites

To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.

Query Types

To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:

  • Auto —Automatic queries generated by the InForm application when a rule in the study design detects a discrepancy in the data that is entered.
  • Manual —Manual queries created by InForm users.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries.

Date Range

To specify the date range, enter the From and To dates, or use the calendar icons to select the dates.

Default From date: 2000-01-01

Default To date: Current date

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Group Name, User Name, Site Mnemonic, Subject Count, Query Count, Open to Answered–Min, Open to Answered–Max, Open to Answered–Median, Answered to Closed–Min, Answered to Closed–Max, Answered to Closed–Median, Open to Closed–Min, Open to Closed–Max, Open to Closed–Median.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
