Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Rights groups |
Select the rights group or groups used for CRAs that are primary in your study. Then, click Update to update the Users list. |
Users |
To report on specific users, select them from the drop-down list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list. |
Sites |
To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list. |
Query Types |
To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:
If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries. |
Aging Interval |
Enter a time duration (in days) to be used as the aging interval. The resulting report uses the aging interval to show how many queries have been open for a specific number of days. For example, if you specify 7, the resulting report shows the number of queries that have been open for:

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.
Sort options
Sort options are: None, Rights Group, User Name, Site Mnemonic, Enrolled Count, Queries/CRB Max, Queries/CRB Median, Queries/CRF Max, Queries/CRF Median, Resolve Days Min, Resolve Days Max, Resolve Days Median, Days Period 1, Days Period 2, Days Period 3, Days Period 4, Days Period 5.
Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
