Selection criteria: Query Status by Site and Subject

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Action

Countries

To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.

Sites

To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list. Then, click Update to update the Subjects list.

Subjects

To report on specific subjects, select the subjects from the list.

Query Type

To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:

  • Auto —Automatic queries generated by the InForm application when a rule in the study design detects a discrepancy in the data that is entered.
  • Manual —Manual queries created by InForm users.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries.

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, Subject Number, Current Status, Started Visits Count, Candidate Query Count, Deleted Query Count, Open Query Count, Answered Query Count, Closed Query Count, % of all Queries.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
