Clearing data from a form

1. Navigate to the form.
2. From the Select Action drop-down list, select Clear CRF.
3. Click Apply.

   The Reason for Clearance page appears.

4. In the Reason for clearing the form drop-down list or text box, select or type a reason for clearing.
5. Click Submit.

   Each item row background color changes from gray to yellow, to indicate that the item is incomplete.
