When your signature fails processing

If you enter an incorrect user name or password while signing, try to re-enter your user name and password, just as you would when logging in to the InForm application. You have the same number of tries as you would when you log in (this number is configured for each study).

If you fail to enter the correct user name and password after the configured number of tries, the InForm application logs you out and inactivates your user account. To reinstate your account, you must contact your system administrator.
