Deleted itemset and form instances

InForm users can mark both Add Entry itemset instances and instances of repeating forms for deletion. (By marking a form or itemset for deletion, the InForm application removes the form or itemset from the case report book, but keeps a record of the form or itemset in the database.) The InForm Ad Hoc Reporting tree allows you to report on itemset and form instances that have been marked for deletion.

The report topic for any itemset or repeating form instance contains an element, IsDeleted , which returns data on whether the form or itemset was deleted in the InForm application. When you create reports on forms and itemsets, you may want to include these report elements to identify instances that have been marked for deletion, and add a filter to show information for forms or itemsets.

Note: You cannot delete or undelete a Repeating Data itemset.
