Renewing your credentials

If you set up scheduled reports and then change your account password, you must renew your credentials. Otherwise, the report fails at the next scheduled time after the password change.

To renew your credentials:

1. Click the My Area icon ( ) > My Preferences.
2. On the Personal tab, click Renew the credentials.
3. At the bottom-right corner of the window, click Return.
