Set properties

Specifies items such as the report name and screen tips for the report.

View most recent report in HTML

Displays the latest saved HTML view of the latest version of the report. If you click this link, the report runs based on the last saved prompt values for the report.

View report output versions

Displays a list of all output versions for the report, if report views have been saved. You can click these links to see each version. If you click this link, the report runs based on the last saved prompt values for the report.

Run with options

Allows you to specify the output version and delivery mechanism when you run the report. Use this option to change any prompt values that may have been previously set for the report.

Note: Only users with Publisher rights or Report Administrator rights can access the following options.

New schedule

Allows you to schedule the report.

Alert me about new versions

Allows you to add yourself to an alert list for a report.

Note: The report owner must enable the alert list before you can add yourself to it.

Do not alert any about new versions

Allows report authors to remove all users who are currently on the alert list.

View run history

Allows you to see the request time, start time, and completion time for each time the report was run.

Move

Allows you to move the report to another folder.

Copy

Allows you to copy the report to another folder.

Create shortcut to this entry

Allows you to create a shortcut to a report. You can specify any folder location (to which you have write access) for the shortcut.

Create report view of this report

Allows you to create a report view of the report.

Delete

Allows you to delete the report.
