Using the run-time report viewer

You can run a report from the Reporting and Analysis portal using the run-time report viewer. For each output format, the report viewer or a separate window launches and displays the output.

Report Viewer

To access the run-time report viewer:

  1. Access a saved report in a folder (public or personal).
  2. From the folder, click the Run with options button that appears with the report name.
  3. From the Run with options page, select a value from the Format drop-down list.
  4. Click Run.
