Description

Filter button. Click to add a filter to a report. Filter

Select the data to appear in a report.

Combine Filters

Combine two or more filters using AND or OR logical operators.

Filter button. Click to add a filter to a report. Suppress

Suppress data you want to exclude from a report. You can suppress the following types of values:

  • Zero values
  • Divide by zero
  • Missing values
  • Overflow values

Sort button. Click to sort the data in a column of a report. Sort

Sort to reorder a column of data in ascending or descending order.

Summarize button. Click to add summary data to the report footer. Summarize

Include summaries (such as totals, averages, and counts) in the footer of the report.

Filter button. Click to add a filter to a report. Format Data

Change the appearance of numbers, dates, times, and text, without changing the underlying data.

Calculate button. Click to add a calculation to a report. Calculate

Add calculated values to a report using data from one or more existing report elements.

Define Custom Groups

Produce new report elements containing values from multiple report elements, and that are meaningful to you.
