Oracle Fail Safe is an easy-to-use software option that works with Microsoft Windows Failover Clusters to provide high availability for applications and single-instance databases running on a cluster. When a cluster node fails, the cluster software moves its workload to the surviving node based on parameters that you configure using Oracle Fail Safe.
