Close Approval Login Window

Purpose: This window opens when you select one or more items on a ship to store to close at receiving, but you do not have the required authority.

Completing this window: A user with authority needs to enter the User Id and Password and click Approve to process the close. Also:

•         the user ID and password must not be the same

•         the user ID must be flagged as active

•         the user ID must be assigned to the current store location

This window opens each time you select the Close option and displays an error until an authorized user completes the window, or you select Cancel.
