Authorization Required Window

Purpose: This window opens when you attempt the following actions without required authority:

• Closing one or more items on a ship-to-store order at receiving, or

• Editing the shipping address on a delivery order.

Completing this window: A user with authority needs to enter the User Id and Override Code and click Approve to process the close or advance to the Edit Shipping Address window. Also:

•         the user ID must be flagged as active

•         the user ID must be assigned to the current store location

This window opens each time you select the Close option or Edit option and displays an error until an authorized user completes the window, or you select Cancel.
