Purpose: Use the packing slip to:
• pick items for a delivery or pickup order
• include when shipping a delivery order
• provide the customer with a listing of the items on a pickup order or ship to store order
How to generate:
• Accept & Print one or more delivery or pickup orders, or items on one of these orders, if the system administrator has selected the preference to generate this document at order acceptance
• Pick a delivery or pickup order, or items on one of these orders, if the system administrator has selected the preference to generate these documents at pick verification, or if you select the Print Pack Slip? option at the Pick Order Window
• Receive one or more ship to store orders, or items on one of these orders
• Pick Up items on a pickup order, or for a ship to store order if configured by your system administrator
• Ship items on a delivery order
• Select Reprint Pack Doc. This option is available for a delivery or pickup order if you have already had an opportunity to print the packing slip through the Accept & Print or Pick option
• Select Reprint Pack Doc for one or more ship to store orders, or items on a ship to store order, if their Next Action is Pick Up
