Purpose: Use this window to change your current approval override code. You can use your approval override code to enable a user who lacks the required authority to complete certain tasks, listed below, in Store Connect.
How to display this window: Click Override Code at the top of any screen.
This window is available only if you have authority to one or more of the following:
• Reject an assigned delivery or pickup order: Reject Approval authority required. Complete the Reject Approval Login Window to allow another user to proceed with Rejecting Delivery or Pickup Orders.
• Close an item on a ship-to-store order: Approve Close in Receiving authority required. Complete the Authorization Required Window to allow another user to proceed with Closing Items on Ship to Store Orders.
• Edit the shipping address for a delivery order: Edit Ship To Address authority required. Complete the Authorization Required Window to allow another user to proceed to the Edit Shipping Address Window.
Important: You can use the Change Override Code window to reset your current approval override code; however, you cannot use it to set an initial approval override code if one is not already defined. Contact your system administrator if you do not currently have an approval override code, or if you do not know what the current code is.
Resetting your override code
1. Enter your current override code in the Current Override Code field. If you are not sure what your current override code is, contact your system administrator.
2. Enter your new override code in both the New Override Code and Confirm Override Code fields. Your override code must be from 3 to 25 positions and can contain any combination of letters, numbers, special characters, and spaces.
The override code is not case-sensitive (A is the same as a).
3. Click Save. Store Connect confirms that the current override code you entered is correct, that the new code and confirm code entries are the same, and that the new code meets all the requirements listed above.
