View Orders Across Locations Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to review a list of delivery, pickup, or ship to store orders that match your search criteria from the Search Orders Screen, and to select an order for review.

Maximum number of orders: This screen displays up to 100 orders. If there are more than 100 orders matching your search criteria, you need to add additional information to your criteria and search again.

View an order: Click the View button for an order to advance to the View Order Information Screen, where you can review the order.

How to display this screen: You advance to this screen when you enter any search criteria at the Search Orders Screen and click Search, if there are any matching orders.

Fields on this screen:

         Order Number

         Customer (including company, first name, last name, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country code, and phone number)

Note:         See Why is a customer’s name, address, and other information replaced by asterisks? for information on why the customer’s actual name, address, or phone number might not be displayed.

         Date when the oldest order line was created (not necessarily the oldest open line). Note: This is the date that the originating system assigned to the order, and may be different from the date when the order or line was created in Store Connect.
