View Orders Ready for Picking Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to verify one or more delivery or pickup orders as picked. You can also reject one or more orders, reprint the pick list pull sheet or packing slip, or advance to the Pick Order Detail Screen screen to review the order or pick individual items.

How to display this screen: Select Verify Orders Picked at the Home screen.

Note:            This screen is available only if your system administrator has selected the Immediate pick verification method.

Which orders listed? Only delivery or pickup orders that include at least one line whose Next Action is Pick are listed on this screen. To see all open orders, regardless of next action or order type, use the View All Open Orders Screen.

Note:            This screen doesn’t display ship to store orders.

Search for orders: See the fields described to the right.

Pick:

         one order: Click the Pick Order option in the Next Action column to confirm that all eligible items on the order are picked. The Pick Order Window opens

         more than one order: Select each order to pick or click Select All, and click the Pick option at the bottom of the screen, to confirm that all selected items are picked. The Pick Order Window opens, indicating that multiple orders were selected

         selected items on an order: Click the Pick Items option in the Next Action column to advance to the Pick Order Detail Screen

Reject:

         one order: Click the Reject option in the Next Action column, or select the order and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen

         more than one order: Select each order to reject or click Select All, and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen

Reprint Pick List: Select each order to include on the pick list or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pick List option at the bottom of the screen

Reprint Pack Doc: Select each order to reprint the packing slip or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pack Doc option at the bottom of the screen

Note:  Reprinting the packing slip is available only if the packing slip was printed at the Accept & Print step and the packing slip doesn’t generate automatically when you confirm an order as picked; otherwise, an error window opens.

Search for orders: See the search fields to the right.

Searching:

         Order Type (All Order Types defaults if your location fulfills both delivery and pickup orders, however you can also select Delivery or Pickup. If the location can fulfill only delivery or pickup orders, the specific order type defaults)

         Shipping Method (if your location fulfills delivery orders; Pickup defaults if the Order Type is Pickup)

         Order Number

         First Name

         Last Name

Note:  You can’t search based on company name.

         Phone Number

         Date (can include a “from” and “to” date)

Results:

         Orders Found

         Order Number

         Customer

         Date

         Order Type

         Shipping Method

         Pick Action for an order:

         Pick Items to advance to the Pick Order Detail Screen screen

         Pick Order to confirm that the entire order is picked. See Pick
