About Application Screen

Purpose: Use the About Application screen to review information about Oracle Retail Order Management System.

How to display this screen: Select About from an Admin screen (such as the Document Management Screen, Forms Management Screen, Job Management Screen, Commands, or User Control screens).

System Information	System Value
Version	The build number installed on the Oracle Retail Order Management System application server, as defined in the CWDIRECTCP_VERSION property.
Operating System	The version of the operating system you are using.
Operating System Architecture	The processing architecture used to run the Oracle Retail Order Management System application.
Java Version	The version of Java used to run the Oracle Retail Order Management System application.
Java Vendor	The vendor that provided the version of Java that runs the Oracle Retail Order Management System application.
Database Level	The database level used to run the Oracle Retail Order Management System application.
Internal Build	The internal build number assigned to the EAR file used to run the Oracle Retail Order Management System application. Typically, this number matches the version number unless you apply a PTF and not a full release. Example: If the Version is 1.1.090417-1639.PTF090511-1100 and the Internal build is 1.1.0900511-1100, this means the version is 1.1.090417-1639.PTF090511-1100 but the actual EAR file included as part of the version is 1.1.0900511-1100.
Current Order Volume	The order count for the current year. You can also run the Order Volume Report (OVOL) to generate the Order Count report, which provides the total number of orders entered in Oracle Retail Order Management System broken out by company, and optionally, order type for a specified date range. Note: Orders entered in a company flagged as inactive do not count towards the current order volume. If a company is flagged as inactive, the Menu Driver Screen displays a message indicating This company is flagged as inactive and should not be used to process live orders.See Setting Up Companies (WCMP) to review the Active company setting for a company.

About Application Screen Options

Option	Procedure
Advance to the Document Management Screen	Select My Docs.
Advance to the Job Management Screen	Select My Jobs.
Advance to the Advanced Commands screen, where you can advance to working with user control records if you have sufficient authority	Select Advanced commands.
Review third party license information	Select Notices to advance to the Notices Window. This information is also available in the following location on the application server, /usr/local/tomcat01/Notices, where /usr/local/tomcat01 is the installed location of Oracle Retail Order Management System.
Return to the previous Oracle Retail Order Management System screen	Select Exit.
