Purpose: The following information is on the Sign In page.
• User Name (User ID)
• Password (User Password)
• Can’t sign in?: Select this option to advance to the Forgot your password? page. At this page, you can enter your User Name in order to generate an email that you can use to reset your password. The email is sent to the email address associated with your user ID in IDCS.
The Can’t sign in? option is available only if Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) is enabled. See User Configuration in the Administration Guide for background.
