When a prompt is created on a datetime type field, the System Datetime option is presented in the Default Value section in addition to the All and Null options. When a user selects System DateTime, and clicks the Go button, all System DateTime fields are replaced with the current time. The current time depends on the entry type. For a type-in prompt, the System Datetime is the current time in the server's time zone. For a list prompt, the System Datetime is the current time according to the time zone selected in user's preferences.
