The image shows the New Calculated Item dialog. This dialog includes the following components:

• Display Label: The name of the calculated item to display in the view.

• Values from: The name of the attribute column or hierarchical column whose values you want to use for the calculated item. "Products.Product" is selected in the Values From list.

• Function list: Select the function to use for the calculated item. Custom Formula is selected.

• Available list: Use this list to initiate a search using the binoculars icon and select values using the shuttle buttons.

• Selected list: Displays the list of selected values including formulas. If Custom Formula is selected as the function, then a toolbar of mathematical operators is displayed.

• Format button: Opens the Edit Format dialog where you format the group.

• "Add to" button: Adds the group to all views (selected in the image) or just the current view.

• "Remove calculated item members from view" check box: Suppresses the display of the calculated members created in the view.
