The image shows the New Filter dialog for Quarter. The Operator is set to "is based on results of another analysis" and the Relationship is set to "is equal to any." The saved analysis is located in the Company Shared Folder in Sample App.
Use values in the Quarter column is selected for the filter.
The check box to protect the filter's values from being overridden by a matching prompt or user navigation is not selected.
