This figure shows the Manage Columns dialog. At the top is the title "Manage Columns" and a close icon. In the body of the dialog are two lists (Hidden Columns and Visible Columns) separated by icons used to move the items from one list to the other; to the right of the Visible Columns list are icons to move selected items up or down in the lists. The Hidden Columns list includes the following items: Size, Created By, Date Created, and Links. There are four icons used to move the items from one list to the other: a single, less-than icon to move the selected items from the Hidden Columns list to the Visible Columns list; a double, less-than icon to move all items from the Hidden Columns list to the Visible Columns list; a single, greater-than icon to move the selected items form the Visible Columns list to the Hidden Columns list; and a double, greater-than icon to move all items from the Visible Columns list to the Hidden Columns list. The Visible Columns list includes the following items: Name, Workflow Status, Checked Out, Modified By, Last Modified, Comments, Like, and Description.
