The Allow Pseudo/Physical Room Type Change task determines your ability to see both pseudo and physical room types.

When the task is granted, you can see both pseudo and physical room types in the list of values.
When the task is not granted, the following conditions apply:
If the reservation has a pseudo room type, only pseudo room types are available for selection

If the reservation has a physical room type, only physical room types are available for selection
