FAQ - I created an Alert for the reservation and the indicator shows, but the Alert doesn't display when I open the reservation. Why?

 

Check the area to which the Alert is assigned.

If the Alert was assigned to the Check In area, for example, the Alert will display in the Check In screen when the reservation is checked in.
