FAQ - Can I change the name (primary profile) on a reservation?

YES. You can change the guest on a reservation to another guest by selecting a different profile.

On the Reservation screen, choose Select Another Profile from the Primary Details section or from the Connected Profiles jump > Guest Profile.

  1. Fill in the name and then select the Search icon.
  2. Highlight the desired profile and then choose Select Profile.
  3. To confirm your selections, select Save Changes and then select Back.

The Guest Profile and Primary Details for the reservation changes to the new profile. All other information in the reservation, including the associated and accompanying profiles, remains.
