FAQ - Can I resend a Guest Message as SMS?
YES.
Whether the Guest Message is pending or marked as delivered, the Send SMS option is still available.
Select Send SMS to resend the message to the Guest's mobile phone.
Note: The Send SMS option allows you to choose a mobile number from the Guest's profile, edit a mobile number, or add a new mobile number.
