FAQ - Can I check in a reservation if the room is not ready?
YES. You also have the option to select a different room for this reservation before checking the reservation in.
When you are in the final step of the Check In train (Complete Check-In), and you select Check-In, an alert will appear with the room status. You have the option to choose whether to continue checking in the reservation with this room or to select a different room.
If you choose Continue Check-In, the reservation will check in as usual.
If you choose Select a Different Room, the Check-In train returns you to the Assign Room step to select a different room for this reservation.
