FAQ - How can I view credit balances in Aging for an Accounts Receivable account?
To view credit balances (unallocated credits) in Aging, select the Detail view, whether in minimized view or in maximized view (top section).
Unallocated credits display in blue in the graph, and also display in the table as a negative amount in the Credit column.
