FAQ - How do I change the status of a room?
To change the status of a room
1) Select a Property
2) Enter or select a Room Number
3) Select Search. The image that has the check mark is the current status of the room.
4. To change the status of the room, simply select the image for new status. The change takes place immediately.
You cannot set an Occupied room to Out of Order or Out of Service status. You will receive an error stating that the room is blocked or cannot be updated.
Try It Yourself
The current status is "Pickup". Change the status to "Clean"
