FAQ - How do I view the status of a room?
To view the status of a room
1) Select a Property
2) Enter or select a Room Number
3) Select Search
The Room Status screen displays the current Front Desk status of the room (Vacant or Occupied) and the Housekeeping status (Inspected, Clean, Pickup,Dirty, Out of Order, or Out of Service).
The image that has the check mark is the current status of the room. To change the status of the room, simply select the image for new status. The change takes place immediately.

You cannot set an Occupied room to Out of Order or Out of Service status. You will receive an error stating that the room is blocked or cannot be updated.
