FAQ - Can I reactivate a trace that has been marked as completed?

To mark an account's trace as pending (not completed) after it has been marked completed,

1. Show the completed trace by selecting the Show Completed link.

2. On the completed trace, uncheck the Completed check box.

The change takes place immediately.

The trace again displays with the pending traces.
