FAQ - There are Guest Messages for this reservation, but the indicator is not showing. Why?
The Guest Messages indicator only displays if there are pending messages (messages not marked as Delivered).
If you want the Guest Message indicator to be visible, you can mark the message as Undelivered. The delivery timestamps for each action remain for reference, and update to the latest delivery.
