FAQ - What information copies when I use the Copy Reservation action?
A majority of the reservation information automatically duplicates, with options to duplicate the reservation's attributes, such as Payment Methods, Notes, Specials, Packages, and Item Inventory.
If you use the same guest's profile, that profile along with the associated profiles also copy to the new reservation.
Please be mindful when you're copying the attributes if you will be changing the guest for the new reservation to make sure that the information being copied is relevant to the new guest, such as Reservation Notes and Payment Methods.
