FAQ - What is a Presentation Style, and how do I use it?

Presentation Styles allow you to define a set of jumps to open in the central work area of the screen. The docked jumps (left panel of the screen) can also be rearranged in the order that you prefer. Upon opening the screen, the Presentation Style marked as default is used. To enable a different Style, select its label. Up to 5 Presentation Styles can be configured per screen. *Note that Presentation Styles are Chain level, which means they are shared across all of the properties defined for the Chain.

SELECT one of the Presentation Styles in the image below (Front Desk, Reservations, None, or Full) to "test drive" examples of how the Presentation Styles work (the jump panel and work area are highlighted to quickly see the changes). Here, the Front Desk style is set as the default; the Reservations style has its docked jumps reordered instead of alphabetical.
