Accounts Receivables Reminders are automatically generated in OPERA based on either the balance Cycle days or Aging period.

If there are reminders generated and ready to be processed, the records appear on the screen.
If there are no reminders generated, a "No Reminders" record appears.

If the "No Reminders" record appears, the account's balances have not yet reached the number of days in either the Cycle or Aging interval, or the reminder for that time period has already been processed.

If an account does not have any invoices older than the configured age for a reminder letter, it will not be flagged to generate the reminder letter.

Check the Reminder History (select the History link on the "No Reminders" record) to see when the last reminder letter was sent.
Check if the MINIMUM REMINDER DAYS parameter setting needs to be adjusted.
The Accounts Receivable Parameter Setting MINIMUM REMINDER DAYS (OPERA Parameters > Accounts Receivables > Minimum Reminder Days) defines the minimum number of days that must elapse between sending two reminder letters to the same account. The purpose of this setting is to prevent sending reminders to the account holder too frequently.
