FAQ - Why does the Check-In train open to steps other than Step 1?

 

During the Check-In process for a reservation, sometimes the system brings you directly to the “Assign Room” screen, and other times may bring you right to “Complete Check-In”. OPERA Cloud will automatically bring you to the first stop in the Check-In Train where additional information is needed.

 

For example, if there is no Payment Information, the system would send you to the “Secure Payment” step first.

On the other hand, if Payment information is complete, and a Room is already assigned, the Check-In Train will automatically take you to the last step in the process, "Complete Check-In".

 

Note that any time or any step in the process, you can go backward to review previous steps, or you can exit the train to abort the check in.
