FAQ - Why don't I see the Check-In link in the Search results action menu or in the Reservation screen?

 

There are a couple of reasons why you might not see the Check-In link in the Search results action menu or in the Reservation screen for a reservation:

 

1. Check to see if you have the Role / Task permission Property Tasks > Main Tasks >Reservations Management > Reservation Management > Check In Reservations.

 

2. Check the arrival date for the Reservation. Reservations must have an arrival date equal to the current business date of the property and have a status of Due In.
