FAQ - Can I go back and mark a Room Maintenance request as Unresolved after it has been marked Resolved?

To mark a Room Maintenance request as Unresolved after it has been marked Resolved:

1) Select or Enter a Property

2) Enter the Room Number and/or select Resolved status, and then select Search

3) On the line item for that request uncheck the Resolved check box to mark it as Unresolved again.. The change takes place immediately.

If you find that the request has not actually been completed, or it needs further action, uncheck the Resolved check box to mark it as Unresolved again.
