FAQ - Why is the Update Room Status option grayed out in the EZTask Task Sheet Actions?

If the Update Room Status option is grayed out in the EZTask Task Sheet Action menu, please check the following:

1) That you have the Inventory> Room Management Workspace > Manage Room Status task assigned to your login user.

2) That the room is not in Out of Order or Out of Service status.
