FAQ - How do I see completed traces for an account?

After a trace is completed, it is hidden from the active (pending traces ) screen.

To see a completed trace,

1. Open the Traces jump.

2. Select Show Completed.

3. All completed traces for this account display (text is grayed).

You can select the Hide Completed link to return to only the pending traces.

If you find that you need to reactivate a completed trace, you can uncheck that trace's Completed check box.
