FAQ - How do I create a new Accounts Receivable Trace?
To create a new Accounts Receivables Trace,
1. Open the Traces jump, and select New.
2. Select the Department that should see this Trace, and enter or choose the date the Trace should be active.
3. Enter your desired Trace Text (message or request)
4. Select Save Trace .
The new trace shows the trace's creation date and user.
