FAQ - Where / when does the Caller History get recorded?

 

Although located on the Reservation screen as a jump, caller information that is entered into the Look To Book (LTB) Sales screen is recorded and is then available in the Call History jump panel when the Reservation screen opens. Caller information collected by the CRO will be sent to the property.

This tool can be used as a reference while conversing with the guest as well as tracking the sequence of calls that were handled for that reservation.
