FAQ - Why are some numbers in Rooms Availability displaying in red?
If numbers appear in red, it is a warning to indicate that the Room Availability inventory is below allowable limits for that option on that date.
Numbers in blue or black indicate that the Room Availability inventory is within allowable limits.
Note: Although Sell Limits can be a negative number, they do not display in red since they do not directly impact the physical inventory.

House Level Example In this example, the Available Rooms with Tentative Reservations count is -8, and is displayed in red. This is an overbooking warning that if all of the reservations that were sold -- both Definite and Tentative -- arrive, the property will be oversold by 8 rooms on this date.
