FAQ - How can I add a Country or State code to a guest address?
Country and State codes may be used when specifying guest mailing addresses. The End of Day routine checks for these codes and displays a message offering an opportunity to add Country or State codes to the guest's reservation.
If the Country and State Check message appears, select Edit Profile to access the guest profile and add the Country or State code.
NOTE: The State Check functionality is available when the application parameter "State Check" is On. The Country Check functionality is available when the parameter "Country Check" is set to End of Day.
