FAQ - Can I post charges while settling a Folio?
Occasionally while settling a Folio a guest may want to make additional purchases. You can post new charges during the Folio Settlement process by selecting "Post Charges" at the top of the Folio Settlement screen.
Post Charges
The Post Charges screen lets you select a billing Window and enter Charge, Folio, and Additional Information. Enter or select information in the required fields based on the nature of the transaction(s). The Code field provides a list of Transactions Codes with descriptions of products and services available at the property. New charges posted on this screen appear as items at the bottom of the screen.
