FAQ - Can rooms be assigned only during Check-In?

The Assign Room screen allows you to make room assignments. You can access the screen from an open reservation during check in or from the reservation's Stay Details; or use Quick Search to assign a room without opening a reservation.

To Assign Rooms

During Check In:

  1. Open a reservation.
  2. Select I Want To...Check In.
  3. Select the Assign Room stop of the Check-In train.

From the Stay Details jump:

  1. Open a reservation.
  2. Select the Stay Details jump.
  3. Select the reservations room number.
  4. Select Move to Another Room.

From Quick Search:

  1. Select Manage Reservations to open the reservation search function.
  2. Select Quick Search, then select Arrivals.
  3. Select the Actions menu associated with a reservation, then select I Want To...Assign Room.
