FAQ - How can I see the reservations behind the numbers?
You can access the reservations associated with Room or VIP counts from the Heartbeat screen. Any Room number or VIP number above zero is selectable and opens the Reservation screen (selectable numbers are in blue). The Reservation screen displays the reservations behind the number; for example, if the Room count is ten, the Reservation screen displays all ten room reservations.

After selecting a number, a Reservations screen displays. The screen lists the reservations and provides additional search capability. Select a reservation, then choose Actions to see additional options associated with managing reservations, such as profiles, billing, assign rooms, etc.
