FAQ - How do I handle Departures not Checked Out?

The End of Day process verifies that all guests who are expected to check out have either checked out or extended their stay. The Departures not Checked Out notification alerts you to checkout issues that must be resolved in order to complete the End of Day routine.

Arrivals not checked out warning

To resolve checkout issues during the End of Day routine:

  1. Select Departures on the Departures not Checked Out notification
  2. The Quick Check Out screen appears
  3. Search for the guest and complete the Quick Check Out process
