Editing Transaction Details
- Transactions are displayed by Window. If multiple Windows contain transactions, select a Window to display its transactions.
- Some charges cannot be edited in Manage Billing due to the nature of their Transaction Code. For example, a Transaction Code for occupancy tax charges likely would not be editable; however, Transaction Codes for theme park tickets, green fees, restaurant food, and similar charges likely would be editable due to the consumer nature of such offerings.
- Selecting Transfer opens the Transfer Transactions screen. From this screen, you can transfer a transaction to a different Window, guest, or room.
